Labuan Financial Service Authority
The Labuan Financial Services Authority was set up on the 15th of February 1996.to supervise the activities and operation of the Labuan financial services industry and to process applications to conduct business in the Labuan IBFC specifically in Labuan banking, insurance and insurance related business, trust and fund management, incorporating and registration of Labuan companies as well as for the setting up of Labuan trust companies; and
To administer and enforce the financial services legislation and work together with the industry players in Labuan IBFC to promote Labuan financial services. The Labuan legislation which the Authority presently has to administer, enforce, carry out and give effect are listed in the legislation section.
Moventum
Moventum is authorized as a Professional du Secteur Financier (PSF) and as a Luxembourg based and registered company subject to the requirements of the Luxembourg financial regulator – the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). As aProfessional du Secteur Financier (PSF) Moventum is bound by Luxembourg banking secrecy laws.

Moventum is a member of the Association pour la Garantie de Depot, Luxembourg (AGDL). On May 10th, 2000 Moventum was incorporated as a Luxembourg company by two partners with long-standing experience in the financial industry: Global Portfolio Advisors Ltd. (GPA) and Banque de Luxembourg (BDL).
